Yes, completely. You'll receive structured training on the products, the process, and how to serve families well, plus ongoing mentorship as you grow into the role.
Absolutely. Many agents start part-time while keeping their current job, then transition to full-time as their income grows. You set your own schedule from day one.
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity. When you help a family secure coverage, you earn a commission on that policy. There is no cap on what you can earn. Full details are covered during onboarding.
Much of the work can be done remotely, including client conversations by phone or video. Some agents also choose to meet clients in person. You decide how you build your business.
Typically a few weeks, depending on your licensing status. If you're not licensed yet, we'll guide you through that process too.
